I agree to what gwajyo has written but i have been in touch with an org. that works for kids that are living in Bhugol park and nearby. They are provided with the daily food and shelter and provided they do well and wish to go to the school the org. actually helps them with that. There are around 50 kids now. Kids who are well grown ups and who don't wish to go to school are sent to some vocational training centres. More info on www.pommecannelle.org.
