It's a good movie overall!! I didn't want to go too much in depth in understanding their "relationship"; however the joint on-surface performance is superb! You'd get to feel Heath Ledger's dry sense of humor despite the lack of words he has! Yes, the Cinematography's excellent! The movie and the lifestyle make more sense to those who have lived in or around rural southern/midwestern part of the country. It could appear offensive to some viewers at times; it did to me... but I simply ignored those parts, and have no words against them, because that's the way they have chosen!! Movie worth-watching, however I don't believe it will grab the best-movie Oscar award. 4 stars rating!!! ~@~
