You might need some pre req like Intermediate Accounting, Cost accounting. But there might be exception. Its not that tough but lotta work. You need will. Thats it I guess. Also build up network in school with frens, profs, and professionals. It helps you a lot. I guess you have some accouting backgound. If you have, then it will not be that tough but you will need to work hard. Also very important is that you start looking for a job right after you get into masters. Most of hiring in Public accounting is done year in advance. ALL the best. peace
