Dear mathematics savvy,
Let's talk on this mesmerizing topic of modern mathematics-The Quaternions. I am trying to use the "hyper complex number" concept for computer animation. The idea is to come up with an algorithm for smooth interpolation of rotations in computer animation. I am not worried about the computational complexity, but yeah bi-invariant fearure should be maintained.
This is not a university research so I am not fighting for good grade or anything. I love the topic so just wanted to initiate a discussion.
