Dalli Resham, Seems like you are hibernating for long time. :P Sorry if that was kinda direct. DV is real and thousands Nepalis are there in US through DV program. Well...I do agree with nails and other about the undeserved people getting DVs. But rather than closing DV program completely, I suggest they add few more criterion into it so that more appropriate people would get it ; something similar like Canadian PR application criterion.
