I agree with Jhilka in this case. When I talked with Indians or Chinese, sometimes I uses the languages -- they are Nepali with Indian origin, they are Nepali with TIbetan origin, etc. myself especially when i am proud of them. But, the situation was different here, everybody know mountaineer or Sherpas. So, Kantipur should have avoided using racial language-- "Tibetti-mool ko Nepali". In the circumtance when there is really lack of words to the identity of a person (involved in criminal activity), this type of language probably help, however.
