Well... If this man is taking care of his child, and divorce with previous wife. Or pay to her whatever he did. It seems O.K. in North America. But in Nepali society.... it is not excuses Because he knows Nepali social life and culture, and it is not good in Nepali culture. I saw some Nepali man go back to Nepal and marry with innocent minor teen girl while having child and woman in foreign land. That is crooks way of living.
