hello y'all , namaste ch ahai sabai lai, yup it's extremely sad to see all these scholarship aid that is given so that the people educate themselves and serve their country, but instead you know what happens ,it is all the cycle you know people alway go where there is an opportunity and like an prominent US official said the best way to check illigal immigration from the south of the border is not border patrol, but to improve mexico's economy so that more opportunities are created and people will be less tempted to come to the states. the same principle applies to any country including ours so unless nepal has good opportunities the outflow of knowledge ans skill is always going to happen. it's a cycle that someone should dare break
