Shuvchintak1 jyu, I am sure you know the difference between a jackal hidden in a sheep skin and a sheep hiding in a jackal skin. In the fist one the jackal kills the sheep eats it and uses the skin to fool other sheeps, to kill them of course. But a sheep hidden in jackal skin can only save itself from a jackal nothing more. Here the person we are talking about is the jackal hidden in the sheep skin who will not spare any available sheep when it is available for dinner (that being Nepali janta). -Shiv
