Guruba, I found about April 6. That is Chaitra 24 as per neplai calender. That was the day in 1990 we had many people died while trying to put "Jutta ko mala" on late king mahendar's statue in Durbarmarg. So does this mean that days is the deadline for 'aar ki par'?
