In the context of Nepal, fact and Reality, If you go to each and every government offices, you only can see or you can 95% or more than all employees either Bahuns or Chettris. Where are other Nepali Race people or native tribal people? Definitely, there is a deep down root problem of Racism. How other Nepali Race people or native tribal people suppose to live or uplift their life. There is NO future for them unless they do their own Revolution or Civil war to gain their Rights and Equality. Is not it?
