It is the center of the Muslim world. A Hindu, Buddhist or a Sikh receives 1/16th the amount a Muslim receives as death/injury compensation in Saudi Arabia. Christians and Jews receive 50% the amount as they are deemed "people of the book". However, keep in mind that a non-muslim CANNOT practice his faith publicly, or (s)he will be punished.
