one of the ways a batsman can be out in cricket is 'timed out'. upon the fall of a wicket, the next batsman has 2 minutes to get onto the field of play. if the batsman takes longer than 2 minutes, he may be 'timed out'. nepal should use that, if thats indeed whats causing the delay
