Thuggedout, I totally agree with you. Fed up with corrupt and selfish leaders, when king took over power on Oct 18 2002 throwing away Deuba goverment I totally supported him. That time I was in KTM I even went to participate in Dipawali. Because inside him I mistakenly saw a true brave leader who can lead Nepal forward and fight with maoist. But slowly monarchy started changing color, increase in Royal salary by more that 2 times every year, power distribution limited to hardcore royals. These all showed that Gyanendra was after establishing his autocratic rule by exploiting existing terrorism and corruption. Now today when I look back I find no difference in 12 years of so called "democratic" rule and this 3 and 1/2 years of Gyanendra's autocratic rule. Poor nepalese blood is still being sucked only the sucking mouth changed. Previously it was Koirala and company or Makune and company now it is back to Royals and their chamchas. We need to fight and fight hard to get rid of all Shah, Rana, Koirala, Bhattarai dyanasties that exists in core of nepal's political sectioon from Royals to Maoist.
