I've got a problem with my computer. It's like when I turn on, the windowsXP starts loading for a second and stops and restarts itself and then the same thing repeats. It doesn't restart when I load BIOS but yes it restarts when windowsXP starts loading, now does that mean I can never get my computer turned on unless I repair or what? [when I turn the computer on it says " We apologize for the inconvinience, windows did not start normally" and it shows the boot options and I tried all of them but it's the same thing, keeps restarting itself but I can only get to the BIOS mode and I don't think I have installed any hardware or software reecently, last time it worked normally, I turned it off and I tried turning it on after an hour or so and that happened] Any help would be appreciated.
