Hamra Purkhale arjyako muluk King G has a pride that the country was earned by his forefathers and that he is the ultimate master of the country…and that people are his servants. Let’s go back to the time of Drabya Shah-the Kanchha Rajkumar of Lamjung. He became king of Gorkha by means of trick and foul play. All Nepalese who have little knowledge about the history of Nepal also knows that traditionally, Ghales were the kings of Gorkha. Every year, they organized a “race” and the young Ghales would compete. The strongest Ghale, who led the race and reached Lig Lig Kot and first sat on the royal throne became the king for that year. He would be replaced by the winner of another race the following year only But some crook advisors who were not happy with the Ghale Kings prepared Drabya Shah for the race. It was objected by the Ghales at the beginning but later they accepted his participation assuming that lanky Drabya Shah can not defeat the macho Ghale Hunks. But surprisingly the lanky won the race and sat on the throne…Thereafter there were not any more races and King Drabya Shah installed himself as the permanent king. This is what we get to read on our history books. Some critics are of the opinion that lanky Drabya Shah never truly contended the race. A fake Drabya Shaha was sent to start the race but was left much behind. The Ghale man, who had left all the contenders behind and had approached the throne in Lig Lig Kot, was surprised to see that Drabya Shah had already mounted on the throne. The men of Drabya Shah used force on that Ghale to accept Drabya Shah as the winner. All ignorant Ghale boys were befooled by Drabya Shah and his men. See, this is how the ancestor of King G initiated earning this kingdom and King G is still on the same path. He is still using all his tricks and foul play to continue reigning in this country.
