The Royal Army is the protector of the ballot boxes. So, what kinds of election is this and for whom? The king took election as his personal issue of his prestige and his slaves are determined to conduct the election to fulfil the "raj hath" and they don't really care whether there are candidates or voters or not...Who cares?
