OK. Here is how the paypal stuff works. 1. First you need to have an account. 2. Then you need to add a bank account number. 3. After you add a bank account number, paypal deposits two small amounts of money in your account(For eg. They might deposit .53 and .67). This might take a few days. 4. After the money has been deposited you log in to paypal and verify the amounts that has been deposited. There is a link that says verify your bank account or somethin' you click on that and input the two amounts that were deposited in your account. 5. Hurray!!! Your account has been verified. 6. You click on the link to order the debit card This process is based on my experience. I hope it works for u guys.
