"1) Saying "Maoist Democracy" is noting short of oxymoron. Their whole concept is to establish an egalitarian society by forceful means. I don't see how that is democracy. In democracy, at least in theory, every man under the sun should be considered to be equal." - Replace "Maoist" with "Monarchy" and your sentence begins to make sense. "2) Maoists are not the messiah and they will not lead us to the Promised Land. They are extremists that see fit to kill people (mostly poor people) in order to advance their ideology of political and economical control for a select few." - Again, "Maoists" needs to be replaced with "Monarchists" or "Militarists" "3)... Time after time they have refused. They would rather maim and kill POOR Nepalis than present themselves in front of the Nepali society to be responsible and accountable. They want to gain power by fear and intimidation not by democratic election...." Certainly, pronoun "they" here is indicative of the character of "Monarchists" and "Militarists" rather than Maoists. Democracy. Peace.
