Part One Part privileged part rebel I was in my mid-teens when Saint Valentine fairytale made it to my doorsteps for the first time. The overwhelming influence of bollywood romance was starting to plant its seed on barren fields of my brain and my contemporaries around that time. He left the camp since that day and renounced his membership on the spot. Why wait that fourteenth? Or will it make any difference? Does true love wait for February fourteenth to materialize? And how about rest of the year? Are we merely playing lovers like "Shahrukh"and "Juhi" minus there is no camera before us and the script that tells us when to love and when not to? No, I didn’t bombard him with this preach. I was utterly surprised to witness a rockhard heart gone tender and for which I was proud but sadly disappointed he didn't make it to at least Valentine's. contd...
