Yeah Austrian Airlines. My grandmother took the Austrian Airlines to KTM last wednesday (Jan 25th). Her flight was at 6:30 PM Eastern time from JFK. It stopped @ Vienna for about 3-4 hours and she was at Kathmandu around 10 AM US Eastern Time (Jan 26th -- Nepal bandh and Curfew ko din). So, thats like around 15 hours? Not bad huh? :D I heard the fares are not bad either. Try that if you are thinkin' about alternate route. 12 hours in transit is not a joke... that too, in India? ha!!
