Well if u want my suggestion for vancouver then go for funy marktet target like indian fusion food. Called it. I am sure the concept which u make for nepali cafe wont work. Who is going to eat there, nepali student forget about it...........dont be emotional........use your brain not heart. It is all about investment so invest for mass.
