Better still, opt for 'corrupt' and 'incompetent' democratic leaders. And who do you think would be harder to get rid of if they happen to be in power and why? Monarchy is hardest to get rid off, as we have experienced in 250 years of Nepalese history. The last 60 years have shown that kings of Nepal are hardcore dictators. Getting rid of Maoists? Why, they will get rid of each other and leave Nepal in anarchy for a while. After that, who ever is left alive will have to sort things out.
