I would have thought the same, had I not been watching [the video and audio clips and reports of ] hundreds of rallies in Nepal and elsewhere since Dec 2003 (when students first chanted anti-monarchy slogans) and particularly since Feb 2005. You might want to watch some of these rallies and comment.
