A fair and just court system is the basis of all successful republics. 3. bring maoist to main stream politics (khititikhititi)-- Invite them to the mainstream but their actions are illegal when they kidnap citizens for re-education or murder policemen. 4. implement a decentralized government ( everyone wants to stay in kathmandu and only goes to their districts/zones during elections this central govt. should be discarded)-- The best suggestion here! You should not be allowed to represent a district or zone you do not live in 51% of the year. 5. go back to nepal, staying in america and planning the "masterplan" won't help-- Planning the masterplan will help otherwise no one knows what is going on.
