There are other anti democracy elements like Mr. Tulsi Giri who put his own party friend B.P.Koirala in jail.Dr. Tulsi Giri betrayed the congress and became the father of PANCHAYAT System. The royals and those hungry political broker like comrade Shailendra Kumar Upathyaya, Keshar Jung Rayamajhi, Biswo Bandhu Thapa, Ram Hari Sharma, Jog Mehar, Parashu Narayan Chaudhary, and today Radha Krishna Mainali etc. tried to isolate the political parties and break parties into pieces. What we see in Nepalese history is The Shahas never wanted to see a real democracy in Nepal. They were never prepared to give up the military chairmanship and allow full democracy.King Gyanendra is the worst from them all.
