harikancha, I did invite my mom and dad and uncle for my graduation couple years ago. It was not a hassle and they gave visa with no problem. I don't think they had to go thru police clearance and all that. But that was 2 yrs ago. Make sure your mom applies first so that she gets visa before your other 3 relatives apply, which may be overwhelming to the officials.
