" red bro-- well the scoop is that the 'Smart Converter' (SM) thinks that a trailing half letter should not have the sign (so it should appear as the complete consonant)... Like what_more said, you can tell SM to leave certain words alone by putting them inside the square brackets... But keep testing. I'll buy you a beer for every valid bug you find :-p...
