I think if u hav Vonage phone service; and if u hav a certain plan then i think u could be able to make free international plans. Its mite be different in TX, tara yeta tira chai i think if u hav vonage phone service then i think u are able to do free call. Its like u hav a cell phone and u think the weekends are free and u forget that u still are paying every month for that service. :D
