It is a process. It does not happen overnight. I am very optimistic that people like gagan thapa will lead that movement as soon as democracy gets institutionalized. It was a big mistake that nepali parties could not evolve in due time. I think it is a high time that politically aware sajhaites seriously get into politics as a career. A healthy rivalry is what we need. If contemporary parties do not meet the public aspiration, the vaccum will be filled by another party. So while thinking about democracy, please do not be myopic and envision Nepal ruled by parties like NC and UML.
