Yo man, Provided I will be admitted as a Biomedical Engineering major undergrad, I will be joining City College next semester, fall. well, to be honest, their biomed department looks not too old one or is still a growing and small one. So, I dont see Manhattan as my school place till I get the acceptance letter.
