I have a similar question....I was studying at a community college before, and I got out of status for having less than full credit ( which by the way wasnt even my mistake, some pre-requisite not mentioned in the system anywhere got me less than 12 credits) and so had to re-instate in status. Since it wasnt even my fault, they reinstated my status without any problem. But I heard that if you have re-instated your status once, you wont be able to get a visa back to US. I was plannin to go back to nepal this summer. Does anybody know how the system works for re-instated students??
