katrina for that u have to go to the PARARASTRA MANTRALAYA which is near teaching hospital and have to show them ur certificate and time u were there. Then they will write a letter to the Indian Embassy. U have to take that letter to the Indian embassy with the copy of ur passport and transcript. In the one window over there they will handle these kind of cases. Have to pay like 200 or something like that. After that they will tell u to contact them after 10-15 days and just have to visit after that days and they will give u the police certicater from there. thats it if u need further info then just mail me in my add.
