Bahuns make up around 35% of the population, now why don't you tell me what percent of them control the parties or what percent of them controled the government in post 1990 era. The key lies in understanding how they were able to have more than 90% control in a so called democratic framework. Unfortunately, you choose not to understand that. There is no need to replace khas language, but there is need to conduct official government related work in other languages where they are dominant as well.
