HELP me and some fellow nepalese students with this myth!!! We are in F1 status since last 6 months , currently studying and have been working in pay check for the last 4 months. We also worked for 3 months inside the university legitimately. Now everyone is talking about tax return and submission. Would someone please tell us, if we should file the tax return or not for the unauthorised employment? What are the consequencers, you have heard on unauthorised employment for F1 holders, would someone share that?
