creating a municipal authority without the existence of the parliament (especially the upper house without in session for over 6 months) is against the constitution. Either we have to understand that the constitution is non-existent or we have dictatorship. HMK G has taken the supreme authority of the country using 127. but it has violated 72 and 53. The king was doing the right thing, but i think this has prolonged a little too long. at least the gov't (which as of now is illegal).. should allow the #13 to be practised gracefully, instead continuously violate the constitution. Perhaps HMK G is looking for a leader with broader view and modern idea, however the leadership he has created in the govt are those who would say 'yes' to all HMK's 'yeses'. HM needs someone, who would rather give proper agendas and idea rather than be faithful and obedient.
