I am in need of help as i do not know how to get rid of a reminder in my laptop. A reminder keeps coming saying that i downloaded some trial stuff and now i need to pay for it but i do not remember downloading it. THe reminder has my IP address and the reminder is long and it blocks all other things i am doing. however, it does not have any other information of me and i am sure someone else downloaded the trial stuff in my computer. the reminder also says that since i am the owner of the machine i need to pay. I do not know what the whole thing is. All the computer gurus of SAJHA, help as i know nothing about computers besides typing.
