Shiva what u said no one can disagree with that. but the question was what about the election in Iraq and coming to home there were election held in Panchayat era as well. Those all will agree were not democratic elections. So we all have to agree that the elections alone will not ensure democratic practise in any country or society. if anyone agree or differ please comment. Thanks
