Although I don't agree with Notebook's view on terminating DV lottery, I was more interested in extra H1B quota of 30K and proposed 90K immigrant visa without counting family members. Why should we be jealous about somebody's luck? I guess Notebook never filled out any DV form (if he did, his comments on DV lottery are void).
