i dont' know.. nothing compares to home! but i can understand what u mean even when i was there, there were army everywhere. and u got stopped at random places at random times for check ups n' all that maobadi shit.. it's not the same sense of security anymore.. i agree with u on that... after 5 years here, i think even though i enjoy the conveniences and opportunities, i think ppl really live in nepal compared to here where we r all transforming into a bunch of workaholics..
