After reading about two very very tragic incidents in US involving death of Nepalese students , I am compelled to share this thought. Guys and girls, be ALERT, not just CAREFUL. Being CAREFUL is about crossing the road only when "walking signal" is on. WHEREAS BEING ALERT is about crossing the road only when "walking signal"is on but only after checking both ways making sure that there is no incoming vehicle. You never know when a drunken driver is coming around, or when a brake-failed car is approaching. Hope you understand. After all, we do not want another road accident.
