Why Nepali Democracy Failing?

To "Echoes", ...., you all better learn to be educated, civilized, and responsible and be moral. You guys probably have degrees in social sciences, and I think that's really good for you. :-) However, the issue here is that of racial stereotyping and generalization and I have my reasons to reject Nice's claims. It is true that the country's resources are not proportionally distributed in Nepal (or any developing country) among the various different ethnic groups. And that IS obviously a problem. It is also true that not all ethnic groups are appropriately represented in the bureaucracy or the governments. That IS also a problem. However, if we are attribute these problems (or successes, for that matter) to the inherently present characteristics of a particular race, then that implies that we believe that certain castes/races are automatically more capable of doing (or prone to) certain things than other castes/races. This tends to justify the caste system, so I completely reject it. So I think it's about time YOU (the educated!) guys woke up and stopped justifying and promoting the caste system...
