I attended Three Rivers Arts festival in pittsburgh last year, there was this american photographer who absolutely loved Nepal. One his pictures captured everybody's attention, i wish i had that pic... there was a women working on the road side ( u know when they dig up the roads to work on some water or sewage pipelines), there was sign that said MEN AT WORK n' the men were basically smoking,chillin while women were digging up the road.... loved the pic..
