He mentions that he was section officer in chaitra, 2017 B.S. and Mr. Tulsi Giri was vice-chairman of the cabinet when King Mahendra was the chairman, and also after so many years, he was brought to be the vice-chairman of the same cabinet. He says that all this was possible only because of the blessing of king, and these kinds of things are not possible anywhere in the world but in Nepal.
