no_one, honestly, no ACCIDENTS do not always happen because of foolish act. there are lot of things that one can choose not to do and avoid. examples can be taken out from the news of recent death of nepalese posted here in sajha. case of shekher where he was shot was a pure accidental. he did not have control over it. there was nothing foolish about people going to work. it was not a stupid act. BUt he was shot. victim of some crack head's act. in this case, they had a choice of following TRAFFIC rules and OBEY them. they chose not to. Thus, there are victims. [ in rash terms .. one can b in accidents by being a i. CRACK HEAD or being a ii. VICTIM of CRACK HEAD. ] BY our CHOICE of ACTION we can AVOID being the first one.
