So far only the last rites of Bedija Kharel, 20 has been decided upon. Bedija will be cremated here in Minneapolis on Thursday. We are in the process of finalizing the exact time and location. We will update you as soon as those details are finalized. Bijay (Shrestha) dai, Ajib (Shrestha) dai and Krishna visited the hospital in St. James to claim the bodies of Bedija and Nishma. Nishma's family has requested her body to be flown back to Nepal. It appears that Utsav will also will be creameted here. We, along with Padam dai, are working feverishly to make a prompt but dignified arrangements for these young, aspiring students whose lives were tragically cut short. ANMN with the support from Nepalese and our friends in MN and around will do whatever she can to provide the necessary support to the grieving families back home and here to alleviate their gut wrenching pain. Details regarding the funeral service for Bedija will be provided very soon. Hopefully we will see many of you there to share this loss together.
