Ashu, you are TOTALLY RIGHT!!! i really agree with you. when i worked with bijay kumar he told me that when he was 19 years old, he had nothing to do and then chairman of nepal TV and his unlce NEER SHAH hired him as a producer to some program, though he had never even had TV at his home, and he used to bring his couches at his office and sleep all day. this is how "famous" people are made in nepal. they dont have to to work hard at alll... and yess there is no competion in nepal, we have 5 private chanels and 1 national television and private chanels started to bloom 2 years ago, so lot of peeple are just making careers in television. he does not have anyone who can compete with him, so he thinks himself as MAHAAN..
