Please don't talk like Dr. giri by saying that the democracy already exists. Regarding unfair elections, the difficulties in getting 100% fair election, and the presence of several examples of unfair elections elsewhere doesn't justify us to do the same. After saying that democracy exists, you mentioned one more irony by saying that leaders are asking guarantee for their personal victory. If that's the case, I'd like to remind you that Dr. Giri has mentioned about 'Panchayat election' instead of 'Parliament elections' after this municipal polls. I guess that I won't have to mention about the assurance of personal victory during panchayat era as the article published on Kathmandu post today tells the story.
