First of all I don't think I-20 has anything to do with the admission decision. In fact I-20 is issued only after you qualify for admission. The only thing I-20 is used for is to determine whether you have been in status or not. So just relax and show them all your good grades and forget about the bad ones. Although they say grades from all past schools required, you can get away with that.
