i would have to agree with thugged out. as far as cleanliness goes the whole body can be smelly if you don't clean it. circumcision is not only inhuman it is a crime!!!! it is not a medical practice; it is a religious practice. there is no significant medical proof that circumcision is any beneficial.. all the articles where they claim it is better are religiously biased. it is a *propoganda* it is a part of your body and you should not mess with it. if it were something unnecessary than nature would not have made it in the first place. if you think otherwise, here is my suggestion: cut your nose off because it runs and gets stuffed. remove your balls.... it is so inconvinient sometimes. take out all your teeth so you don't have to brush no more nails !!!! you have to cut it every now nad then just get tip of your fingers cut off na rahega baans na bajegi bansuri... or you can cut your penis all together that will make you really light and weightless if you know what i mean.
